CBP Professional

In order to obtain the CBP Professional certification, candidates would be required to complete one of the CBP Professional Exams below:

CBP Leadership

This hands-on, interactive module uses real life scenarios to develop practical leadership skills. In this module you will be introduced to the requirements of a leader as well as the skills and characteristics needed for effective leadership.

Certification Exam: C10-506

CBP Customer Service

This two-day Customer Service course is intended for candidate’s intent on learning the essentials of Customer Service. This module makes use of hands-on, interactive scenarios to demonstrate the meaning and importance of Customer Service, being able to identify and describe fundamental communication skills required for Customer Service and provide the foundation for building life-long customer relationships by employing effective customer-care strategies needed to provide excellence in service.

CBP Sales

During this hands-on, interactive module, individuals involved in selling of products and services will learn that the selling of a product / service is dependent only on the skill which that the salesperson possesses. This course offers coaching in the three main areas of effective selling; defining, sourcing and describing prospects, understanding the role of first contact, identify the seven stages of the selling process. This course lays the foundation for professional selling by developing the selling process using effective sales methodologies. You will learn the skills and tactics of the leading sales professionals and take part in interactive scenarios to master those skills.

CBP Business Etiquette and Professionalism

During this course students will learn the concept of business etiquette and the proper etiquette practices for different business scenarios. Topics covered will include etiquette requirements for meetings, entertaining, telephone, and Internet business interaction scenarios. Additionally, this module addresses etiquette challenges when doing business in a multi-cultural environment.

CBP Business Communication

This course equips the business professional with the best communication practices and develops business communication as a discipline. The Business communication certification course explores the study of the process of communication in the business environment, allowing us to understand how to make better choices in our day-to-day communication.

CBP Master Executive

In order to obtain the CBP Master Executive certification, candidates would be required to complete all of the CBP Professional Exams and any one of the CBP elective certifications below:

CBP Project Management

During this course, candidates will be equipped with the leading methodologies and practices in the project management field. Project management is a requirement for professionals in many fields, with many employers now identifying project management skills as vital for corporate success.

CBP Business Management

This course is intended for those candidates currently in a management position looking to improve their skills or for those looking to pursue a career in Management. In this course candidates will learn the essential skills required to make decisions that are important to the direction and performance of an organization or business.

CBP Marketing

The course provides candidates who have to make marketing decisions that are important to the direction and performance of an organisation or business with the essential information and skills required to do so.

CBP Computer Technology Specialist

This is one of the most comprehensive computer technology training courses for business professionals. This five-day course uniquely presents technical computer concepts in a simple manner that the everyday computer user can understand and equips candidates with the essential computer technology knowledge and skills.
